But many small small and also IMPORTANT stuff..

And it's already early Wednesday morning, and gotta settle and give an answer to a friend of mine by Friday night.

Life is often full of decision making isn't it?

And while blogging i am listening to Andy Lau's video

and one thing I just heard while blogging was

Falling is one of the route we gotta go through to the SUCCESS road.

What say you?

True enough. But for how many times?

How many times should we fall?

How many times can we afford to fall?

If you fall twice , and dare not take the 3rd attempt, you might have regret it later in life.

That's just life isn't it?

When I am out with people I used to mix with, or people that I've known during schooling days , when we just go out for a normal outing.

They would consider me as Ho seh , free , no need work and living the most enjoyable lifestyle comparing to them.

So how true?

But I always believe you see me good , i see you good.

I would say, I am not , it depends on individual, today, if you are always with the same group , you might feel earning 2 to 2.5k as a fresh grad would put you into a good position , not too bad for a fresh grad.

But when I am out , mixing with people that have earned their first pot of gold in their early twenties.

I always look back at myself and say , take a look at the world out there, we have people earning the 5 figure digit, and they are just 2 or 3 years older than you.

And that is why I am always thinking of $$$$

Call me $ minded, but me, I am constantly thinking of a method to earn $.

Today , we see a good opportunity in making a fortune, but we do not have $ , you just see your chance of earning your first pot of gold flying off like that.

That's why I believe, CASH is King.

Especially in the coming few years.

Be prepared to faced the next GLOBAL FINANCIAL CRISIS

and opportunity to invest at a dirt cheap price would come to those that have cash in hand instead of assets tied up in properties which is still under loan.

Don't bullshit me when you tell me money isn't everything.

You can say, you don't put see money as a main priority at your age.

One thing people must understand is

What you are today , is based on the decision you made last time

&

It works vice versa

Where and how far you want to be in life in the next half year or year would be based on your decision today.

So do not complain that some is living a more enjoyable lifestyle.

Today, if we were to make a choice, a choice that not many dare to make or commit, we might be one of the better ones among our peers.

But its rather disappointing seeing how little effort people would put , but at the same time expecting a good income.

And it's even more saddening when you see people around you that rather spent their money on short term enjoyment rather than putting it to good use.

It's this the mentality of a young adult?

I am not expecting myself to be a millionaire in the near future, but I do hope that I would be able to have a steady income by the age of 23 or latest 25. And time flies , my friend. 3 years would just come and go in a blink of an eye.

Again, might be because some come from a better financial background family, so $ isn't really that important. All they need is $ for their own expenses, nothing to worry about their parents financial and etc..

Why is there a need to spend everything you earn today?

Today, if you are going to spend money off like water when you are only earning just enough, and thinking its a so big thing.

I am telling you, there are still lots of better stuff out there that we haven experience, or maybe i shud say WE CANNOT afford to experience..

The other day while on our way back from BB Plaza , me and jeremy were recalling those days where we used to go Pyramid, Time Square with a bunch during our schooling days.

Where we would all just ask our parents to fetch us to the ktm station..

I've lost count when was the last time i step onto the ktm

days when we take a bus ( either by school trip or personal trip ) up to genting, seeing those greenish divider, gives us the hint that we are reaching soon..

so happy to see it, and later sit the cable car up all the way to the top...

3am nothing do, take wallet and car key, plus make a few calls, and the next half an hour.. there we are sitting at first world starbucks..

Its 4 am in the morning and here i am blogging, just because I've just finish reading Miss Rae blog :P

Anyway before I talk about that, lets just briefly go through what we just did just now

Went Shanmuga at 11 pm, left there at 11.30 for so called ghost hunting adventure trip to Morib, than all the way to Sepang Gold Coast ( almost kena halau by the guard )

And ended up in dunno what type of kampung road which was so freaking dark..

And we can even see aeroplane landing, and by the time we know it, we finally came out from NILAI

INTI COLLEGE @ NILAI

ended using the highway back to Klang..

3 hours trip... :)

And yea , back to topic, decided to write a short blog ( even though my eyes is trying to close )

cause its been 3 weeks since I last blog..

So here's a short update for YOU!!!!

:p don't ask me when was the last time we met, as i seriously lost count :(

now you know how busy you are , but of course, i recall you telling me on the phone once that you would seldom come out cause you already have a bf .. *not sure if u recall yourself saying that*

life's good for me? i would put it by saying , nice to see....

but it depends on how we look at it :)

might be because each of us have been exposed to many diff type of people , in my school days and college peers, might be considered good :)

But comparing to some other's that i've know out there, a year or 2 older only but is way way richer and successful..

But no use comparing :P

i am sure each of us have our own good and bad.. aka problems..

like me, also jealous you get to go Bali for your 'honeymoon' hehe

And just FYI u owe me a meal cause you ffk me the other day , when i went down to setapak!!!!!

So how's life for you? other than being stuck in college for another 2 years. any work? Don't tell me you would just study for another 2 years?

But your field, would definitely be giving you a comfortable income when u started working, that time don't forget this friend here :P

And I think you look up too much on me liao.. Think my current is the limit, don't see myself earning bigger bucks in the near future..

and most importantly, for ppl like us that borrow money for such car, its best to find a car with 5 years warranty.

and i believe, many still have the mentality of no to korean cars?

but if u were to ask me, i doubt korean cars would have a lower resale value ( but who cares, not as though i will be selling the car off )

but look these days, cars like hyundai, and also kia forte, so many ppl buying

and this simply means that no more buying the 2 digit number , i always beleive for a car, definitely need to choose such fancy number so that your car stands out from the crowd...

the other day went gold prices took a dip to rm 169 ~ 170 , my target entry price was rm 175 ( then was 180 )

so went it drop below ,. my fren called me twice to tell me about the dip, and wasted no time to call jl and ended up going to uob to buy some golds hehe

some would say prices is still high, some would not

for me, i keep things simple, if it drops to my entry price, i am happy to enter, and am expecting to sell of 10g first when it hit my exit target price of rm 185 per gram. ( expecting it to be in a month or 2 )

and would go for a fine meal :) hehe

guess i would stop blogging here..

first we took a taxi up, 1830 m above sea level, kinda cold place, something like genting highland..

only ate one local food, others, mcdonald, kfc, and even the taiwan fried chicken, yup at INDONESIA

haha, and best meal? a high class chinese restaurant in one of their biggest shopping mall, duped the one u of bandung.. kns inside also got open boutique with ralph lauren but sell fake stuff...

but nice chinese dim sum restaurant, something like canton i in msia, but prices are quite cheap there for such good meal :)

all in all, its definitely a nice trip, 3 days 2 night

And last week, it was Mist club. together with kh , jere, and a few others

( i know my face getting terrible )

:( i am not sure , but there is definitely a different feeling compared to the previous time ( last year i meant )

don't wanna blog about it, would be a little personal thought of mine..

talking about Mist, when i came out with jere halfway through the night, notice that the vip parking wasn't as glamarous as it used to be ( for a place like that, nissan fairlady z would be considered top class ( ignoring the other row where alphards and mercs are parking , ( mostly boss car i think )

was kinda surprise to see cars like old pajero, honda insight and one camry inside :)

actually, parking inside its still worth it, cause you park outside also 10 bucks, park inside around 20 to 40 bucks ( depends on u ) , the only reason its takkan we drive one old junk we go and park inside :)

lucky, drove dad's car, can park by the side of the road naik divider, if not, omg, i see some park so far away and walk ..raining sure die d la, worst is before club not raining, after club come out heavy rain.. :P

ok , back to the topic of vip parking haha, if u ask me, if you;re driving a civic, parking inside isnt something you should be ashamed of, of course, it depends on your perception

mine is as simple as, if you earned that car , you can be proud enough to park it inside even if it's the smallest car among all

rainy days would be the best time to park there :P

i am sure, that there would be one time where you will be able to see one car with the italic plate number and most importantly with the Sh@rty 5 initial embossed into it :)

If u ask me, i am proud, not of myself, but with the Sh@rty 5 name :)

Just got back from college event, its the 4th of July , America Independence Day. so basically there's a mini music fest .

Didn't know that we have so much talent at our college :P , even have a magician in the making :)

In short, i would consider it as a job well done thingy event.

Crowds were so energetic , i mean high, standing on top of the chairs and all..

But again, hello, you are reading Kelvin's blog, so you don't expect me to be on top of the chair dont you?

Perhaps you can say that I am just not those kind of social person :)

Sigh, those days when ppl were partying ( be it in such college event or even in a club ) , i also cant really enjoy , i mean let down myself to really enjoy, cause alot of things to 'fan' about those days, actually not to say alot of things to think, mostly is because of work or either financial stress :( , ya, i do have the time when i am at a very bottom .

Lucky now no more worries, work smart not work hard :)

But i am sure, college life would be something that we all would surely miss once we have graduated.

Lucky me, i reserved a subject to take it next sem during the short sem, at least got 2 more months to kap lui..... ooops i meant study hehe

Why am i printing this?

People often ask me , what will I do once i graduated, and i would always reply, still long haven decided yet..

And if people would to ask me now?

I would say, I've chosen my path and i think i am happy with it.

Its just about interest , so who cares even if it means working in a car workshop ( like me ).

Afterall , with my Small Office Home Office ( SOHO ) business , i am definitely living a happy life :)

Life these days is just so fun.. sleep at 5 am in the morning ( cnt sleep early dunno why )

and wake up around 12 or 1 pm..

as long as a SOHO customer of mine reach, my dad will call me up to get to work :)

so now its usually customer arrive d, i will ask them wait ten minutes..

free time go makan lunch, enjoy music in my car :)

LIFE :)

And yea talking back to the point, the reason why I am starting to print that is because, I know my path , and I am taking and slowly putting my Sh@rty 5 nick to promote..

No doubt that without that i would still be able to continue my SOHO ,

But again, i used to dream ( day dream ) one day later, i would want to make my nick SH@RTY 5 a familiar name to most of the people , if not most at least to those in the car line :) or should i say, youngster from the net :)

therefore i am starting off with this first :)

and more sh@rty 5 to come, once the new car is out ( coming soon , hopefully , still in planning stage , too many things to consider ) i would be going to customize my own rear plate number with my initial on it . :) guess its still early to blog about this.. will blog about it someday later

First, my office work, there's this particular case which is causing me alot alot alot of worries, and alot of problem :( dont really wanna blog about it.

Next to the shop, so far so good, and am slowly starting to learn the trade :)

and already DIY my boot light, reverse light and also front interior dome light, burned 2 fuses while DIY-ing due to the shouldering of wires ..keluar asap pula
cheap and bright..

anyway recently was having a conversation with a fren of mine while we were having lunch and i was telling him about the iphone 4 thingy, cause thought of getting myself one , cause i was telling my dad i am so gonna get myself the internet service, cause i wanna check my SOHO business anytime

and he say go see the iphone package ( must be see alot ppl talking about it, but dunno how ex it cost, tats why offer me la haha )

went time square to check out, bo ngam, so ended up not buying any package, bought the long time supposed to buy htc, and i took the digi internet service, din sign contract, dun reli wan to be burden by the contract thingy..

and i was telling this fren of mine, first reason why not iphone is later lost i hati sakit, now use back my e 72 , at least not so expensive ma :)

second reason, i feel that we are not earning those level punya income, ask me to take iphone, i feel a little sia sui, first impression must be, ar, u got it from ur dad

as ugly as it might sounds, this is the reality, ppl often tend to judge a person by age?

and he was commenting , you can afford la.. reli look up to me?

no doubt, i am able to earn an iphone 4 , but again, not yet till that level yet, so not reli necesary, theres still alot of commitment..and alot of debt and etc.. sigh...

might get one, if i am going to use it for shop use, aka alarm or car audio

cause will be attending a seminar next monday. on how to sell audio and laucnhing of few other products, including unlocking your car using iphone , using computer to install alarm on 5 series and etc..

alot , guess would need to get myself a laptob soon :(

life , we have ppl tat are born into a rich family, who dont even earn a cent but are spending much much much more than we are able to spend, but again on the other side, have been gaining 3 to 4 k through soho for shop of course not personal, but yet not spending a cent, when i say a cent i mean through taking pocket money and etc.. car petrol wise and yea college fees of course got la


but this sem, fees freaking high guess gotta pay half myself, cause recently reli alot of cash going out :( dont reli wanna talk about it...

recently while on my way home, i tune in to hits fm around 1 am like tat, its been a long time since i last tune in to the radio due to the sound quality, cause using frequency.... not clear..

listen to those remix done by them, kinda nice isnt it? gotta get a day drop down asia cafe yum cha and sun pin buy a few of those cd..

gone were the days, where i will spend my friday nite in a club , times were spent, effort were put , and i guess its enough , cant be continuing to have that kind of lifestyle , not only it would cause me a big problem in getting up early on saturday morning for my meeting, its also very shion tiong :) and i see no reason for me hitting those places too , i mean so often like how it used to be..

mixed feelings i would say. at times i reli wanted to left myself all out, but again , theres always something which i myself couldnt explain which is just holding me back...

omg, i cant believe, i've actually drag this post for almost a month.. now continue with this post

and when i attented a talk recently, the speaker was saying, whatever we have today is because of the decision we've made last time

you guys might see, i am so free, everytime at nite can keluar lepak, but again, its almost 4 am and i am still facing my com. updating my sales thread...

so i would say, each of us have our own way of earning a living, and no doubt from the outside, my way is the best , all i need is a computer or phone with internet access.

but like wat the speaker said, i am able to live and work this way is because i've made the choice , i know wat i want, i might be slightly free in terms of time flexibility today compared to many of my peers that are working out there, but who knows in the future, you guys who have spend your time gaining experience by working now might be a big boss wit total time freedom in the future.

but one thing i like most from what i've attended is that

your boss pays you rm 1800 per month, because he believes you are able to help him earn more than rm 1800 a month.. so if even an outsider believes in you , why dont you believe yourself?

but again each of us have our own personal problems... many of my fren's envy that all i do is just drive around when business is not good, find ppl yum cha chit chat..

but one things for sure . its only the exterior

even i myself have debts to clear , have comitment to pay and etc...

and its the 3rd month of me counting the nett income from SOHO and i told myself, the latest i can give is 1 and a half year. and i am for sure getting myself a self -own car :)

a civic is my aim , but most probably going to get a ( city or vios or a second hand camry :) ) at the very least. judging by recent month , i am in the right track :) hopefully....

been doing a lot of reading, and yea, a 4 to 5 k monthly income doesnt mean u should be driving a civic, unless u are into the sales line..

with the rising cost of living, putting money to grow for u is the only way to have a safe future.

but again, who wouldnt want to drive something fancy, wat's more at the early twenties. ( some are lucky, dad can afford to buy , but sometimes ppl will give them those, eew, father buy car look )
