Went kuala selangor tomorrow.. left at 9 and reach there quite late as the road is freaking jam and not forgetting so many traffic light..

simply choose one restaurant and they makan after that go mamak to meet my fren.. do some little business just to earn a little extra.. :) btwm nice to eat beside the sea or beach or watever u call it,, wind blow syiok.. stand and look lagi nice, see the water moving... but make sure not smelly place la... something like kukup... I WILL GO DOWN AGAIN!! ANYONE? kia kita pergi

left there around 1.30 am and reach ku around 1.50 am .. 20 mins drive, since got no car,, but trust me, theres no better place than to drive and speed if it is not there, big , wide road, with few divider, and overtaking chances..syiok giler.... and most imprtantly not alot divider , u can eat to the opposite road as much as u like..

but all the way highlight ppl only cause rushing there scared close ma..

will plan another trip there, this time a little earlier, drop by there and shoot down a little to kg kuantan to see firefly..hehe..

and if things turn out rite, cny win a little money, march i might wan to take a drive down to pangkor island..wehee.. use that kuala selangor road....argh, thinking of it simply makes me happy..so yea, hopefuly can go lo, if i got the money, i mean CNY win money...

will be opening table at the 11th feb,,hehe,, agency finish work lunch and back to office gamble..muahaha.. not forgetting 10th nite greenbox..shit.. expensive ...

Money Money Money, its a rich man world.

How to earn 1 million in 6 years? sounds a little too 'true' to be true huh? hahabut of course, with the right choice it is definitely not impossible..

but definitely this does not mean working with people.. going out yourself, exploring the right path in life that u will be able to earn more..direct sales, get rich quick scheme , and etc.

. basically those job that is on a commission based.i've known ppl who have frens who is driving a fairlady at just a age of 19 or 20. a little yong shui as what she claim. and his full time job is non other than the infamous lamb berger. selling those so called air thingy..

but of course the main core of earning money is like any other mlm which is basically getting an idiot to join you and he getting another IDIOT to join and the cycles go on..but of course , i am sure that that fairlady owner is aware that his business is non other than conning others to enter as a member..

i dont know, but at times i really wonder whether do those mlm ppl actually know or are they trying to be denial when we say such business wont last long.. there are times that they themselves noe the ugly truth that they are actually being conned into the mlm business and later only to find out that by conning others in only will they be able to earn back their lost

..and look at our once a hotspot place for mlm kakis of stg and irc. today, wat does this two companies meant to u?an investment that sounds too good to be true that went wrong? or have u make a profit from it. and like any other get rich scheme. early birds would definitely be laughing all the way to the bank. and those later comers would be weaping their tears looking at their 'investment'. but lucky to those that manage to spend all their coupon voucher.. ( will blog about this some other day )

and till date, those irc chain branch owner is still hoping tat their so called claim cek, aka from the voucher they collected can be collected from the management.. will share with you guys a video taken from youtube, at times i wonder shud i pity them? take note that most of those owners are bumiputeras.. and like any other mlm thingy, it is definitely easier to ask a bumiputera to join ( * u noe wat i mean* )

p/s the only way to earn some quick bucks is when a major financial crisis occur like last year and u have some cash to buy some discounted stocks.

Just came back from pool with kh and jere.. 3 ppl play so split the bill not so expensive..and we play one round 1 bucks, loser out... good way to play if u can win 3 rounds or more.. not win one round lose one round...

total bill was 33 bucks.. won a little, so total out 2 bucks only..

Just came back from an ING Business Opportunity Preview ( BOP ) held at ING building.

unfortunately, i got to admit that today talk wasn't good at all, not even average.. not organize well..

next week will be our turn to be the in charge agency..will definitely do a better job than them :P

looking at stats today, many ppl have fail to even reach the benchmark of having half the income as simply because many of them really thinks that retirement is just a small issue .

and their so called epf will be more than enough to cover their living expenses after their retirement age at 55 till 75..

but even the star and many other major newspaper in our country has express that today, 72% of those retired person spend their epf retirement fund in 3 years time.. shocking?




retirement? have u ever thought about it even for once? or are u like many other teenagers that we see that just understand how to spend money ( especially if u are given a lot of pocket money )

sad to say, but definitely young adults ,undergrads these days often spend more than they can earn and not even once retirement planning is in their mind..

BUT

i've open an ing saving account that will force me to save consistenly! and also free protection, high interest rate and the best part is my saving will be doubled in another 25 years time...

why here not bank? cause here hehe got alot free benefit ma..

one example, if in these 20 years i am declare as TPD total permanent disability, i dun have to continue saving but 25 years later get back wat i suppose to get..

second, if kena 36 critical illness, also dun have to pay.. but still get back wat i suppose to get..

die also get dun die also get hehe...

* but now got one better plan also same duration..this better kena critical illness ( cancer ) pay u one lump sum to cure urself and u can get cash every year till u 60 years old..hehe..blog about it later..

this 5 simple question, ask urself and think about it..

i noe i noe, ppl reading my blog are ussually my peers, and it is hard for ppl like our age to think seriously about such importance of savings but of course if one is a little mature like jl , kh and etc. they will definitely take advantage of this when they are still young and healthy...

2 major saving problems we have;

a) saving consistenly
b) saving long term

and a saving plan with an insurance company will definitely help solve that 2 major prob which me and u both face..ME ME i reli face that prob alot...

and fyi in japan, there's even a time when the interest rate is -0.50.. yup put money somemore must give them money.. cause as we all know, in this economy crisis, all gov would enocurage spending to boost the economic.. and also all gov would desperately want their citizen to bring out their money from bank or even under the pillow..

thats why recently gov launch so many bonds, and i am reli surprise. with even a low and no benefit bond, so many ppl would queue up to buy..hmm.....

and last but not least, if u guys have been reading the newspaper ( which i noe most of u dont ) will have noe that our gov have increase the retirement age.. and this simply shows how serious and how many ppl is unaware of their retirement and they cant afford to retire..

remember that how much we earn during our younger days isnt important as how much we have during our golden days..

being old is part of life, but being old and poor is miserable//

always bare in mind that the money we earn is not for us, but is for our current us and future us..

trust me, i am shocked! u noe wat, when i look back at the pictures i taken when i was a little boy, kukup was such a nice place..

mana tau, the kukup i stay is... OMG like pulau ketam.. is pulau ketam..the only diff is we only walk across one mini bridge... cant blog much..

overall was a ok experience ..try something new ma..
