tinted

Tired.. Today, as usual, was helping out at my dad shop, today business was good? perhaps? Mom woke me up at 9 am, and i am like sooooooooo lazy to wake up..dam tired.. last nite 3 something only sleep.. ok, so the first thing i did when i reach my dad shop was SLEEP!! slept.. till 11 am..

Ok, one of the salesman recommended a customer to install tinted glass..
So my dad was talking to that customer.. talk talk talk, he wanna fix black colour, so charge him Rm 400 lo.. must charge more expensive little bit, cause must give the salesman commision ma..

so after that, we walk to the car showroom nearby my shop to get the car.. once reach , just to confirm with the customer, my dad say, so side and back windows all black, front light blue... The customer was like?????????? just now u say black, now the car here, u say front light blue??

my dad was explaining to him, when i just interupted and say, this kind of thing dun need to ask GOD also noe de la, where got ppl so stupid to put black for the front windscreen.. so he still insisted to put, my dad say must add 100 bucks.. and he was making such a big fuss.. so i took another darker black and say, nah, since u wan black so much, whole car use this black la... he ask me how many years wasrranty, i say ONE!! he say, just now that tinted two years la..

So i also pissed off, i just say raise up my voice say, anything la, two years la.. I dare to guarantee u that in less than one year la, ur car tinted sure kena tear off by polis if got roadblock.. SO 3 years warranty also i can give u la, as though ur tint will not get tear off when there is an operasi..

I was saying u look at all the car, front sure use light colour la.. and than he gei gao say wat hye eat more salt dam me la dun try to teach him la... in my heart i was thinking DAM U LA, how many times have u been to a car accesories shop la..if u are reli tat experienced u wont come to my shop la, salesman recommend come sure la i will mark up the price..idiot still come..bodoh!~!
wanna crap with me somemore.. of all the thing u argue with me tinted ar?????> TINT??? in my shop, if got customer wanna fix tint, even my dad will ask me to talk to the customer ( u will noe y later )

Ok, so he ask me the blue tinted how many percentage 80 or 60? i ask him, y u keep on asking wat is the percentage? do u even noe wat are u talking about ar? wat is the diff if it is 60 or even 80 %? also will kena saman wat..so wats the diff?

reli stupid fella la tat one.. its because that customer is salesman recommend only, so got no choice got to give commision.. if that is a walk in customer? wan fix fix dun wan suak la..talk to this kind of ppl also spoil own mood!!! bloody fool!!!! made me start my day in cush a moody manner !! yaya, sounded as though i am very lanc rite? yea i admit, when i hate it, i sure raise my voice de, all cha that fella, the saying CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RITE doesnt work on me

Ok tat was the negative thing.. hehe, the good thing.. very good thing, few shops away from my shop got one shop install tinted also... but they all do new car.. for example if u buy one new proton or perodua, the salesperson will give u a so called '200 cash voucher' so u must go there install tinted.. BUT theres a catch, the cheapest tinted there is 400 bucks. so u still got to add 200 bucks.. that shop business was also good today, so while one of their customer waiting, he walk pass by my shop to buy a drink ma, so when he walking back, i just say, pasang tinted? he also paiseh, say takpa.. i say, takpa, awak dengar dulu, tak mau pasang pun tak apa.. than he stared to listen to me..

so as usual la, tell the fella, u ask urself, there tinted how much? he say 400. I ask him again, minus ur 200 voucher how much? he tell me 200... OK.. here, no need voucher also 150 only somemore same tinted.. no voucher lagi cheap..u use the voucher, ur salesperson somemore get 50 commision... thats the truth la..not making up story, mmg they mark up the price and than they minus the 200 bucks voucher de.. so actually that voucher is worthless... u try exchanging the 200 dollar voucher with 50 dollar cash and see.. sure cnt de..

but one thing, Malays especially, after explaining to them d rite, they will say, yala u are rite.. but they still go tehre fix.. he say, macam rugi sahaja tak guna... walao, tat type of ppl, mmg no eye see this type of ppl d.. : (

anyway so as usual, i will show him the 150 dollar tint first.. than i will show him another tint, also the same cost, but i will put it as though it is worth more , so i told him this one 220 bucks.. frankly speaking, after so long at my dad's shop, u noe how to play with people's mind de.. as long as u compare something that is cheaper , they will feel, oh ya, u got the cheap product too, this is slightly better, but in the reality its the same.. hehe.. i am goood at this.. DAM GOOD I would say.. * BHB nya*..

I always wanted to try and see how much can i push myself, for example the tinted for the whole car only cost 180 bucks.. when i first started to recommend tinted.. i would charge the customer 180 for the whole car except the front windscreen. so i actually save one big piece..hehe.. sometimes push too much, i say rm 240 for the whole car.. but the customer say 200 la..and that time still not enough experience, so i just say very cheap d la. overconfident ma me... actually even if i charge 200 i earn extra 20 bucks de, but just to try and see..ended up? din fix..haha... expensive lesson rite?

But today this customer, i say 220 for 5 windows including rear screen, i purposely put 220 so that he can bargain ask for 20 bucks disount ma.. man tau, he din ask... after for a while, he ask if wanna add front windscreen how much? my dad say 60 or 70 cincai la.. i told him 100,so total 320, he say 300 can? even if i say cnt also he wil fix de, but in a good mood, cincai lo, 300 ma 300 lo.. afterall the original price of selling is only 180!! hehe...

now u noe why my dad ask me to talk to customer when they want to fix tinted. : )
hehe.. hmmm, the other day, still haven take 60 bucks from my mom, bought one shirt ma, so tomolo will go and take from my mom..hehe.. but 100 not 60..hehe.. weih, not too much rite? tat customer is i find de.. somemore extra 120 bucks wor.. take 40 bucks.. not too much rite?

hehe.. exhausted exhausted.. work till 8 something, cause another car fix tinted ma,, today 5 cars fix tinted.. 4 black colour de.. so ark sure kena block punya..



p/s no more Klang Jaya Fried chicken. haha.. 3 times d this week
